Christmas Orders
Orders placed from Wednesday 17th December cannot be guaranteed to be dispatched or delivered before Christmas. Orders are expected to be dispatched week commencing 5th January.
Pickup
Please note: Pickup is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Pickup orders will be unavailable after 19th December and will recommence from 5th January.
Delivery information
From 12th November 2025, due to continued increases to the cost of living, packaging and delivery charges, we have reviewed our own charges in line with our provider.
Delivery charges are outlined below. We will endeavour to deliver within 14 days but please allow up to 28 days.

Availability
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items are always in supply, occasionally some items may be out of stock. In these circumstances monies will be banked upon receipt of order and we will place any out of stock items on 'back order' and forward them as soon as they become available.
